(National helpline 08457 909090) Samaritans is available 24 hours a day to provide emotional & confidential support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide. Whatever you are going through big or small we are here for you; worried upset or confused or just want to talk to someone we offer our service by phone, email (jo@samaritans.org), letter, or face-to-face in most of our branches.
