We have redesigned the site so that it can hold more information.
This means that there have been a large number of changes, but the site is still fast, and free from gimmicks.

2005
Winner - national mental health award
Information for Mental Health has won the 2005 NIMHE Award (National Institute for Mental Health in England), Voluntary Sector category, for the development of Leeds Mental Health Directory. The emphasis of the award is for partnership work.
The Directory was developed by IMH in partnership with service users, survivors and carers, local voluntary sector organisations, Leeds Mental Health trust, the five Leeds Primary Care Trusts, Leeds Mental health Trust, Leeds Social Services, and a number of people who belong to none of the above.
The Directory includes:-

- How are you feeling? poster and leaflet aimed at people outside mental health services
- Quick Guide, compact directory specifically for service users and carers
- Resources directory & guide - comprehensive directory for activists and professionals
- Information while you are in hospital - for people on psychiatric hospital wards
We are delighted with the recognition this award gives to the Directory, to IMH, and to the central importance of information in mental health. We would like to thank all the many people who helped create Leeds Mental Health Directory.
