Offers advice and counselling to people who suffer from phobias,general anxiety and obsessive/compulsive disorders. Those suffering from tranquilliser withdrawal symptoms and their carers. Also leaflets, audio tapes, videos, booklets, pen-pal list, telephone self-help groups, book lists and audio lists.
