Service details:

Provides a supported housing and resettlement service. For people in touch with the probation service; placements; shared housing; single tenancies. Must be referred by probation officer. Also offer accommodation to 'high risk offenders' including Mentally Disordered Offenders, being referred by the National Probation Service. We have a specialist Young Person's Scheme called The Grove based in Leeds which accesses tenancies for referrals from young people or an agency.
