Service details:

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a free and confidential NHS service that provides quick resolution, where possible, to queries, concerns or issues that patients, carers, or family members have about a service being provided by an NHS trust. PALS does not replace the complaints process but works alongside it and links closely with independent advocacy services.
